Before Starting Waiver Signing Process
  • The process involves sending and receiving texts and taking pictures
  • Make sure that the permissions are set correctly on the cell phone so that you can take the picture(s)
  • The texts will come from the phone # (833) 670-1070
  • When signing for a minor there are several things to note
    • You will be required to enter a cell phone # for the minor and the guardian, the texts will be sent to the cell phone #(s) enterred, we recommend using the same cell phone # to keep things simple
    • A text will be sent for BOTH the minor and the guardian, BOTH require taking a picture and doing the electronic signature.
    • If you do not complete BOTH you will get a message about signatures being incomplete when you try to display the waiver. This means the waiver has NOT been completed and the rider will NOT be allowed to ride.
    • There is a glitch in the software when completing the waiver for a minor. For both the minor and the guardian when it comes to the signature you will have to scroll to the bottom of the page and do the signature TWICE

  • The liabilty waivers now have to be completed online, preferably BEFORE coming to the track.
  • If you cannot show Free Flow personnel the completed waiver on your cell phone when you arrive at the track you will NOT be riding
  • A separate waiver will have to be completed for each rider.
  • As with the previous paper liabilty waivers, for non-race days, the online liabilty waiver only needs to be completed once a year
