- Our Beginner track is designed for and restricted to our Beginner riders.
- Big frame bikes, as a general rule, are not allowed on the Beginner track.
- On individual cases we make exceptions to this general rule for true beginner level riders.
- The jumps on the Beginner track are sized for beginner level riders and the smaller bikes they ride.
- Mini quads are permitted on the Beginner track.
- Full size quads are NOT allowed on the Beginner track.
- The Beginner track is not groomed.
- Our tracks are built of clay so this provides a smooth riding surface for Beginner riders to learn on.
- Our more advanced riders who ride our Intermediate track are not allowed to ride the Beginner track.

- Our Intermediate track is designed for and restricted to our Intermediate riders.
- This track is fully groomed and watered.
- Only moto-x competition level machines are permitted.
- Machines must be a minimum of 65cc 2-stroke or 150cc 4-stroke
- Small Frame - 65cc to 100cc 2-stroke and up to 150cc 4-stroke machines must have approval from Free Flow personnel, every time throughout the day before riding the Intermediate track.
- If Free Flow personnel decide that there is a need then Small Frame and Large Frame machines will rotate riding the track at intervals to be determined by Free Flow personnel. Typically, every 30 minutes.
- This change is denoted by the flag flying on the scoring stand at the finish line

- No Quads of any size are allowed.

- There are no "gap jumps" (doubles, triples) on any of our tracks, all jumps are "tables" or "singles".
- There are no "Whoops" on any of our tracks.

Beginner Track - $30.00 per rider per day (No Membership Required)
Intermediate Track - $40.00 per rider per day (No Membership Required)

12 month Memberships:
Memberships are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
they allow riders 7 day a week access to the Beginner track
and 6 day a week access to the Intermediate track.

Intermediate Track - $300.00
